About Stephanie and her goals
By the end of 2011 Stephanie would like to:
1) reduce dairy to one serving a day, mostly only cheeses and yogurt
2) massively reduce sugar consumption, and eliminate processed foods
3) eat meat rarely and cut out red meat - focus on fish, eggs, and occasionally chicken/turkey
4) eat organic and nonGM foods (also try to remember to use the Brita filter in the fridge instead of chlorinated tap water!)
4) increase consumption of vegetables, nuts, seeds and healthy fats
5) be exercising regularly - targets mainly the stomach and arms
My little vices on the way:
A) sometimes I just totally CRAVE a good old juicy hamburger, and darn it I'm going to eat it then!
B) when I'm on vacation (and that includes birthday parties) I'm going to eat whatever I want, but in more moderation then before).
