I completely forgot to post yesterday for my day 3. I had to do shoulders and arms. The biggest problem I had was trying to figure out how much weight I should be lifting. I REALLY want defined arms. It has always been one of my goals. So I was getting a little frustrated having to keep on stopping to change weights. I felt like I was wasting time.
The workout was great. I dont think there is a part of my body that can now move easily. EVERYTHING is in pain and it takes me a long time to move around. It will be great when I wake up one day to no more stiffness... or at least not as bad.
