I woke up feeling even more sick than yesterday, lovely.
Breakfast: Peanut Butter Toast and banana
Snack: cereal, i was craving it and it was easy to make.
Lunch: spinach pasta with leftover cashew cream sauce and carrots
Snack: we will have a strawberry banana tofu smoothie
Dinner: Paninis! On foccacia bread, with tomatos, maybe cucumbers, mozza cheese and a homemade pesto which I will post shortly. Also probably salad
Snack: undecided yet.
With reference to my goals, I am easing in slowly. First targets I would like under control by the end of the first quarter of this year are: buying organic and no processed, reduced sugar and milk/dairy, reduced red meat or no red meat except on outings, sticking to meal plans - increased nuts, veggies, alternative proteins.
2nd quarter I'll tackle a few other things or all of it if I've mastered the above with no real slipups.
