I have started my monthly meal plan, so I feel good about that! Hopefully I will finish it tomorrow.
Breakfast: the usual: rolled oats, blueberries, flax
snack: raw cashews, banana, a bite of the flax-banana-oat muffins we made today
lunch: Sandwich: whole grain bread, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, a bit of mayo, mustard, pickle
snack: pear
dinner: baked potato topped with veggie & lentil soup, sprinkled with cheddar cheese
snack: not quite sure yet, but I think I feel a bowl of rice Krispies coming on.....
Wes came home from the store today and had bought pecan butter tarts...I immediately had a craving for brownies. Good thing he didn't bring brownies home, because I probably would have eaten them all. haha! Other than that, I didn't have any cravings for anything bad.
