I am still sick, I can't believe it I just can't shake anything off....
Breakfast: Toast and banana
Snack: I don't think I actually snacked.... oh wait did I have apple sauce? I think so...
Lunch: nuts, and some potato wedges (no really, wedges not fries)
Snack: quesadillas which were whole wheat tortilla, apples and MontereyJack cheese. Next time I would add some cinnamon.
Also caved and had some chocolate chips but I'm getting better and eating smaller portions of the junk too.
Dinner: I am making sticky chicken which is essentially rice, chicken, bbq sauce / apricot jam, but instead of chicken (which I'll make for family) I am having tofu!
I will also add in cauliflower and carrots and broccoli if there is broccoli in the freezer.
Snack: I will have fruit smoothie with tofu or nuts
