Panini Pesto sauce

This was flavourful, but it was also very mild. I used large garlic cloves so you can really taste the garlic though. I also couldnt' find arugala at the store (seriously, who doesn't sell arugala? maybe it's out of season...) and used a spring mix instead which had some wierd lettuces I didn't recognize. Also, I think if I were to make this again I would add way more basil (maybe double!) to the recipe below:

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup oil - evoo
2 cups arugala
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes (i skipped this part fyi)
sea salt and black pepper to taste
pinch of cayenne

throw it all in a blender and mix. the recipe (from Tal Ronnen) says to blend on pulse and SLOWLY add in the evoo while still mixing, but I just threw it all in at once and turned out just fine.

Love all your recipes and this sounds delish! What is arugala? I've never heard of it.
