Steph this week

Well, a new week and a new ambition! B and I decided that we would start to work out together. We will now get up at 6am (we're up anyways, but we won't roll around in bed bemoaning that our children get up so early), work out for about half an hour - this will be muscle work such as abs, legs, arms, weights, squats etc, aerobics videos we got matching 80s outfits in lime green - just kidding! wanted to see if you were realling reading... no really though this is our plan, then get ready for the day, and then have an extra half hour before B leaves for work to do scripture study and family prayers! We are super excited. Cardio will be reserved for individual time - for instance I will do it during the day or at night, and B will take his sports teams up as he often does. I figure this will get us into the habit of being active and exercising regularly, and then we will tailor more specific and effective workouts as we go along... MEALS: simple this week: leftover meat spaghetti broccoli bean bake (SOOO GOOD, will post recipe this week) fettucine alfredo with veggies fish and veggies and rice (i think I have sole this week) quinoa salad, probably more like a green salad with quinoa. Z has allergies, just discovered and not sure to what, but while we are waiting to get in for testing we are cutting out wheat for him. I think it's the most likely culprit at this point, hence why I'm starting there. So it's oatmeal for brekkies, and then rice, rice cereals, corn tortillas (wheat free that is) and rice pasta for other meals for the little dude for the next few weeks. Shouldn't be to bad to adjust to!

How are your workouts going?? I think its great to be able to get it done before the kids wake up and so fun to be able to do it together as a couple!
