Legs Back and Ab Ripper X Day 5
I went into today thinking you cant get a very good leg workout at home. Was I wrong!!! When its all squats, lunges, wall squats and more squats you can get an amazing workout. At one point I was sure I was going to throw up. I feel like my pullups are coming along, I still have to do them assisted with a chair but I did a total of 143 PULLUPS!! Not to shabby if I say so myself! Then we moved on to AB RIPPER X! It really is as brutal as it sounds. Today was my third time doing the Ab ripper x and some exercises I was not able to do on day 1 and 2 I could do today! In total I did about 275 ab/core exercises. Not a bad way to start a Friday morning!
