This was a very bad WEEKEND for me as far as eating goes. I didn't have a plan and I didn't feel like doing a whole heck of a lot so consequently I ended up eating junk, not drinking very much water, I bought chocolate from Costco, (which means its in bulk) only eating a 2 or 3 times a day, Anyways long story short one bad decision after the other. By Sunday night I felt disgusting and I made the comment to my husband " I feel like a disgusting fat Pillsbury dough boy!!" and he said to me " Oh sweetie you don't have to exaggerate by calling yourself a BOY!!!!" WHAT??!! He immediately started back peddling and trying to dig himself out of this ginormous hole he dug for himself. He is by the way very good at digging himself out of holes. ;o) So even though this was all said in fun and we both had a good laugh over it, it made me think of the saying that we have all heard since we were children "You are what you eat" This has never rang more clear to me then that night. When I put junk food into my body I feel doughy and sugary (do you know the feeling? I am not sure how to describe it) like pizza dough and chocolate. When I put things that are good for me I feel lean and vibrant and fresh! Interesting... I am sure for all of you its old news but for me its FINALLY clicking
