I ate the most Delicious dinner last night and I made it again tonight and the best part its sooo easy it takes only a few mins
1 toasted whole wheat pita (I didn't toast mine)
3/4 cup of cooked black beans
1/4 cup sliced sauteed mushrooms
2 tbsp of salsa
2 tbsp of chopped red onion (I didnt have onion)
1/2 avocado cubed
Mix it all together stick it in your pita and enjoy!
