I LOVE fish, but B not so much!
I find with hubby I just spice up the fish as much as possible and he's good to go.
Salmon: BBQ spice (or sauce), Mexican spice (I have a recipe, I'll try to find it and post it), White fish (Talapia, Cod, Sole): breaded white fish, fish and dip, mixed inot a recipe like a soup or tacos or rice dish.
I think you really can acquire the taste quickly, just takes a little bit of time. B is now eating the fish I make a little more easily, and there are some that he says he actually likes and wants to eat again! (that would be the breaded white fish and the mexican salmon).
I also have a really nice corn and salmon chowder soup which I'll post at some point too.
Tuna melts or with white sauce can work, salmon patties, but that depends on the person..... B would rather eat salmon than tuna right now.
OTHER STUFF:
I bought this organic granola, it has pumpkin seeds and flax in it and I love it, it tastes so good and is so filling. The only downside: 10g of sugar!!!!! But it has tonnes of protein, iron, other goodies so I'll let it slide. That's about what I'd get in a cup of milk anyways so if I'm not eating junk food maybe it's not soooooo bad....?
