Treat day.

Today was good.

Breakfast: rolled oats, blueberries, flax seed. I pretty much feel that this breakfast is HEAVENLY!! Especially in winter when it's cold.

Lunch: Vegetable and Red Lentil soup. I love that suff!

Snack: banana and oreos and milk. I decided to give myself a treat today.

Dinner. baked potato, evoo, salsa, cheese, pear.

Snack: cheerios and milk.

Things I should've had, but didn't: more water, more veggies, nuts.
