Today was okay, but I had chocolate chips and some storebought nuts&bolts.
Breakfast: ricekrispies and banana (I was going to have toast per meal plan but V was eating the cereal and I suddenly had a craving).
Lunch: brussel sprout soup, a piece of chicken
Snack....per the above noted cave-in, and some carrots
Dinner: cashew cream alfredo with carrots and spinach noodles. But the sauce turned out really dull for some reason which is not per usual. I don't know what happened! We added a lot of garlic, lemon juice, pepper, even hot pepper flakes but it was just so bland. It was really wierd because I've made it before and it was SOOOOO yummy. Must have been the cashews? not sure...
I'll snack tonight per mealplan.
