Stephanie - day..... 1?

Well I wanted to start out on my journey to better health with the new year, but our guests just left today (being 2 days in to January already) and man do we have a lot of leftover junk food today!

Like Amanda, I'm getting rid of as much of that junk food as possible - by eating it!

MMMmmmm.... nothing like cheesecake for breakfast, and chips for lunch, and cookies, and fondue, and cookies, and did I mention cookies?

My biggest obstacle this year is going to be not giving in to temptation - if it's in the house I eat it.....so I will be waiting until Monday to kick off everything - and that will be a difficult day I'm sure. Limited food storage (of healthy items anyways) and I probably won't hit the grocery store until Tuesday.

My plan: to meal plan on Monday, start an exercise regiment, hit PlanetOrganic on Tuesday and just dive right into this endeavor.

I'm exhausted today and still sorting the house from the holidays, so I'm ending my writeup for the day. Hopefully as the family settles back into routine I'll have the time to start making some extra posts about other things - like recipes I've tried before and love, healthy craving substitues, and my rants on all things shady in the "science of health" department...

Stephanie, let me know how Planet Organic is! Have you been there before? Maybe I will meet you there!? I have wanted to go, but have never been.

About the posts...I think we can assign a time if we want, but it may just be easier to do it whenever we have time in that day. What does everyone think?

And, I LOVE all your rants...so, rant away! :)

Mitz loves planet organic!! I have yet to go but want to.
I think for now lets just all make sure to post everyday and see how that is going...
