I slipped up today and had smores. BUT I also ate kale and fruit smoothie, and have eaten healthy the rest of the day.
Dinner for the week:
Bean tacos,
Fish with rice and veggies
Bean soup (chili or mexican, haven't decided yet)
A chicken dish - I'm thinking brie chicken with a lot of veggies to side (just baked with spices)
Pasta salad with veggies and an evoo dressing.
I will work out tonight!
