
Well since I eat the exact same thing everyday this week besides maybe substituting green beans for asparagus every now and then there is nothing to exciting going on.
One thing I did today is plan mine and my families ENTIRE menu from breakfast to bedtime snack for an entire week. Which I cant wait to start in 10 days!! I will post all the recipes as I make them for you to enjoy also!
One question I have been going back and forth on is... When I started this I said I was going to weigh myself once a month. Then I decided to do this very strict eat clean diet for 2 weeks so I thought I would weigh myself after the two weeks were up and do my measurements only at the one week mark and then again at the two week mark and my weight. Now I am wondering if I should just go ahead and weigh myself at the one week mark also... The problem I have is I dont want to be disappointed if I weigh myself and the results have not yet been worth it. I have eaten perfectly this entire time (okay I had 2 choc chips just 2 little tiny ones once and that is it) I want to be able to make it through the two weeks. Any thoughts would be welcomed!!

NOrmally, I would say weigh...just to make sure you are on the right track. However, you are eating very strict....and you know you are, so it may be even more fun to wait until the end. A bigger surprise maybe.
I, for one, don't have the self-control to not weigh myself...unless I'm scared to because I think it will make me depressed. haha!

I think you should weigh in babe because you know that you will have lost weight and any weight loss is a success. In addition you want to be able to get a full picture of your progress and your weight is one factor amongst many in that progress. Any think you have lost between 3-5 pds this week that would be my guess from just looking at you.
