2 Can chicken broth
1 can chicken breast
1 can corn
1 can kidney beans
1 lg. can diced tomato's
Throw it all in a pot on the stove or a crock pot early in the day. The only can you need to drain is the bean one. Put the juice from all other cans in. Can serve with whole wheat tortilla chips for dipping.
Also, really easy to mix it up and substitute veggie broth or more beans instead of chicken.
