Well we had two very very sick little children this week, as well as Mommy. So a couple nights did NOT follow the menu plan.
I'm just rolling those meals over into this week so here is the new menu for the upcoming week:
Snobby Joes with homemade fries and salad
Salmon with rice and veggies
quinoa salad x 2 nights
chili and salad
bean enchiladas x 2 nights.
Yum!
