I'm still trying to decide which day of the week should be my meal planning day. Maybe Friday, as Saturday we tend to go out to get bananas so that B has them for work on Monday. I think I'll try that this week...
My meal plan this week:
TONIGHT: cashew cream alfredo with noodles, broccoli, cauli, carrots
MONDAY: fish with yam fries and salad
TUESDAY: broccoli salad and snobby joes - wow that recipe looks good!
WEDNESDAY: same
THURSDAY: chicken cordon bleu
FRIDAY: Spaghetti with veggies and sp. sauce
SATURDAY: brie naan and samosas....I don't have a recipe for this yet I just thought it would be fun.
Daily eating will remain the same as my previous post.
OKAY, so my goal this week is to get on the exercise bike every day for a minimum of 10 minutes hardcore but preferably half hour every day. Is this telling as to how out of shape I am? I will also pair it with abs work and thigh/arm work every other day. I'll let you know if I keep this goal...
I did alright last week, except for one really bad day where I ate a lot of junk. But I forgive myself, because I'm still low on the self-control and having 6 really good days made me feel great!
I taught RS today, what a great lesson on health (lesson 29)! Remembering that my body is a blessing, a temple of God, and that if I treat it poorly I will lose out on spiritual experiences really added some extra motivation.
I just want to say in closing, that I'm so glad you are posting your exercise experiences Charity because it's really helping me out in that department!

Thanks Stephanie! I am glad that it is helping you. I know that it helps me when I post. I didnt post as much this past week and I feel that this last week was not my best effort. So this week I am back to posting...
