So, I remember thinking yesterday morning how good I feel in the mornings! Pretty much every morning I feel awesome! Last night I was really tired and ready to go to bed at 7:30, but did stay up until 9:00. Still adjusting to the time change if you can believe that. Anyway, I've decided to give morning work-outs a try. That way they are done, and I don't have to think about it again. If I feel like working out again during the day, I will. If not, then it is already done.
I got up this morning at 5:30....which I was very happy about because I never get up at 5:30. ever. My workout is done, I'm happy about that. I have another 1.5 hours until Olivia gets up!! :)
Anyway, just wanted to put it in writing so I remember how much I like getting up early to do my workouts.

GOOD JOB AMANDA!! I love working out early in the morning its hard some days to get up but when I do I don't regret it. What workout are you doing?
