I LOVE KENPO! Besides being a great workout. It is a great stress reliever also. I dont know if its because he is constantly telling you to hit, kick, knee, claw, slice, stab ect (I'm sure you get the picture) somebody but I find it pretty interesting the amount of people that will pop into my head as a I am doing the workout! And it makes my workout so much better!! lol I find it very therapeutic I guess.
I never ended up doing my workout this morning which was fine. I really needed to sleep in this morning. And when I say sleep in I mean I was able to sleep till 7 am which is 2 hours more and it was great!! My momma was here so we hung out and I did my workout tonight. 2 weeks in and not one day missed. I am pretty proud of myself. Tomorrow I rest and then its weigh in!!
