I'm not sure about you other busy mamas, but I'm finding it difficult to make the time to post on the blog every single day.... from our recent posts I'm guessing we're all in the same boat here.
I'm thinking I may just post my meal plans once a week, and announce any goals I've met, interesting facts I've found, and share recipes randomly throughout the week.
And probably confess setbacks as well because it will motivate me even more!
I didn't really work out this week, not with structure anyways, but after reading Charity's post I'm newly motivated to stick to it, and just do it!
Some smaller accomplishments on this end though: eating way more vegetables, and V and I both cut back our juice consumption massively. I'm trying to get it to be a treat on Sunday, and on days when we are not eating at home. We get plenty of calories from everything else, we don't need juice sugar!
AND by juice (i mean orange juice, V8 Fusion, apple juice etc) being the "treat" drink, I get way less demands for other things like the super sugary drinks, or pop - not that I give V pop normally anyways but even asking for it less is great!
Well, I would post my meal plan for this week, but I don't have it yet!
I'm going to go ahead and make a temporary list for now though, which may or may not change by tomorrow:
chicken, rice and veggies
leftover (frozen) bean soup
tuna melts with salad
potato and veggie salad
bean tacos X 2
...
actually that looks pretty good! daily eating is sticking to my previous post, it's the dinners that really alter...
