This weekend I indulged... a lot. We attended a b-day party and ate dinner at the Keg. I just kept on eating...and it tasted good.
However, back to eating well, balanced, non-processed, and healthy.... all week. With a treat (quite possibly chocolate ice cream) on Sunday.
Being pregnant is even more of a reason to eat well.
also, this week I will start doing yoga (finally!)
