That being said, I am proud to announce that I lost 2Ibs this week for a total of 7Ibs in two weeks!! Since the average for the two weeks is 5-10 Ibs I think that this is GREAT! Now I am doing regular eat clean diet which I posted in the Menus and the food is delicious!!
I also started working out today. I am only doing cardio for the first week and next week will start with weights. I do Interval Training on my Treadmill. I LOVE IT! Its a hard run but its only 30 mins which is great because I don't have hours to work out in the morning. I also Love it because you can increase or decrease the speed or incline as needed for the level you are at. Anyways I am posting it here. I hope you give it a try!!!
