I am so exhausted today this is the very first time I have sat down all day and its 941 pm that being said.... I have eaten PERFECTLY!!! I even had the opportunity to eat birthday cake and turned it down and ate cherry tomatoes!!! I must say I am pretty proud of myself. I think I have finally switched it in my head to want to be healthy more then I want to eat junk food!! To think long term instead of in the moment. Also to eat what is WORTH it. I am eating to LIVE not living to eat!!
