Friday - Stephanie

Hmmm, I skipped a day. Oh yes, hubby was sick yesterday....
Well, here are today's meals so far:

breakfast: toast with butter
snack: a carrot stick, and a smoothie which consisted of: mango, banana, tofu, water
lunch: a little bit of bread, 2 sausages (because I cooked them for the kids and oh my goodness are they SOOOOO tasty looking when they cook), a small piece of bakers chocolate.
snack: soup, fantastic leftovers from yesterday which I will post the recipe for. It was a celery soup and mm mm extra mm good. then some almonds and half of a small apple. oh and I caved and had some V8Fusion, not that it's really "caving" but I was just going to have water today.

Dinner: will be a mediterranean pasta salad with tomatoes, cukes, provolone cheese (or Jack if there's some leftover from my earlier in the week apple quesadillas), lettuce, fresh basil and garlic herb oil based dressing, hmmmm and probably beans for me but sausages for the man in the home. Oh and onion.

Snack: If I can stay on this roll today, then I'll aim for either homemade popcorn (and a yogurt) or crackers with cheese and pickles. If not I HOPE I don't pull what I did last night where I had like 5 or 6 bags of those m&m's Cody gave all of us for Christmas (the TINY bags though I might add)
