Chicken AGAIN!!?

I have in my opinion been doing great with my diet. Today was very hard though. I am glad that it is OVER. All I could do was think of everything I cant eat. My day seemed to drag on and on... I felt like I could not eat another piece of chicken (I eat chicken 2 times a day for 5 days now) So another lean protein is Bison. I thought I would switch it up a bit and grill a bison steak... Big mistake. I am not a fan of red meat on the best of days even when you add a lot of sauce and spice. I just don't like it. Mitz tells me that all this liquid that is dripping off of my steak is "sauce"or "juice". No its not its BLOOD and since we didn't use any sauce there is no tricking me. Anyways long story short I will be back to chicken tomorrow and I am looking forward to it!!!

can you eat fish?? i am a huge fan of salmon cooked any way!

By the way, I think it's cool that you are tracking your weight loss on here! I know you will lose all the weight that you want! :)

I dont mind salmon... but I cant eat it. I can only eat cod or talipea... I cant have oily fish.. Oh well just about half way done!!
